Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures at site

  2. Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments

  3. Ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE standards and project safety requirements

  4. Carry out regular site inspections and safety audits

  5. Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions

  6. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and incident records

  7. Report accidents, incidents, and near misses to management

  8. Promote a strong safety culture across the workplace

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory

  2. ADNOC Approval – Mandatory

  3. Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as HSE Officer

  4. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and site safety practices

  5. Good communication and reporting skills

  6. Immediate joiners preferred
