· Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and company standards across all site and workshop activities. · Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. · Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and international HSE standards. · Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions. · Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees and contractors. · Monitor proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices. · Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records for audits and compliance purposes. · Coordinate with project teams, supervisors, and management on all HSE-related matters. · Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and awareness across the organization. · Assist in emergency response planning, drills, and implementation of preventive measures. · Ensure environmental compliance, including waste management and pollution control practices. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the HSE Manager or Project Manager.
