Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, project HSE plan, and site safety procedures.

Implement PTW systems, LOTO, TBT, risk assessments, PPE compliance, and incident reporting.

Conduct daily site inspections, safety observations, and ensure close-out of unsafe conditions.

Conduct toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness training for site staff.

Assist in hazard identification, risk assessments, and method statements.

Assist in incident investigation and reporting of safety violations.

Monitor safety of plant, equipment, lifting tools, and PPE as per UAE requirements.

Ensure site welfare, hygiene, first aid, emergency response, and environmental compliance.

Maintain HSE records, permits, and inspection reports.

Support emergency drills and site safety coordination with project teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree with NEBOSH / IOSH Certified

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in high-rise building construction projects

Knowledge in DM COP, DDA Regulations, NFPA Standards, UAE construction federal, state & international law etc

Knowledge in potentially Hazardous materials and Practices

Desired Candidate Profile
