Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site. The candidate will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, monitoring safety practices, and ensuring adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness sessions.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
Maintain HSE documentation and records as per company and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with site management to implement safety improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in the construction industry.
Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent preferred).
Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction safety standards.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
