Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team within our dynamic, growing construction company. The HSE Officer will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, developing safety programs, and promoting a safe working environment for all employees on-site. This role is pivotal in mitigating risks and fostering a culture of safety across all operations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, local safety laws, and best practices in health and safety management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in risk assessment and safety inspection techniques.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory documents and safety requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
