Job Title: HSE Officer (Mosque Project – UAE Experience Required)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Company Overview
We are a construction company delivering mosque and government projects in the UAE. We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Officer with proven experience in mosque projects to ensure full compliance with safety and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce HSE policies in accordance with UAE regulations and project requirements

• Ensure full compliance with mosque construction standards and authority requirements

• Conduct daily site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits

• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation (HSE Plan, MSRA, Method Statements)

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and authorities on safety matters

• Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce training

• Monitor subcontractors’ safety performance and enforce corrective actions

• Investigate incidents and prepare reports

Requirements (MANDATORY)

• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience in UAE construction projects

• Proven experience in mosque (Masjid) construction projects in UAE

• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and approval procedures

• Experience dealing with authority requirements such as Dubai Municipality

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in government or religious projects

• Additional certifications (IOSH / OSHA)

• Strong experience in audits and authority inspections

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 7,000 – 11,000 per month (depending on experience)
