Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
span> Develop and implement HSE policies in line with local laws and global standards./p>
span> Provide expert HSE advice to management and site teams./p>
span> Ensure compliance with regional HSE regulations./p>
span> Conduct on-site and remote audits of business units and subcontractors./p>
span> Monitor HSE performance, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions./p>
span> Oversee risk assessments and safe operating procedures./p>
Desired Candidate Profile
span> 3-5 years of HSE Executive experience, including auditing./p>
span> Preference will be given with experience in a Fall Protection or Rope Access company./p>
span> In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations across the Middle East region./p>
span> Bachelor's degree/p>
span> Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH Diploma)./p>
span> Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001./p>
span> Advanced knowledge of fall protection and rope access standards./p>
span> Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills./p>
span> Ability to travel within the region./p>
span> Valid UAE Driving License./p>
