Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To ensure the implementation and compliance of health, safety, and environmental standards across construction worksites, in line with municipality regulations and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards at site.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority and municipality safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.

  • Identify hazards and recommend corrective/preventive measures.

  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices.

  • Prepare and maintain HSE reports and documentation.

  • Support incident investigations and ensure proper reporting.

  • Liaise with consultants and regulatory bodies when required.

  • Ensure all workers follow safety protocols and use PPE properly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree.

  2. Minimum 6 years experience in construction sites.

  3. Degree must be from a university accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education (UAE or equivalent).


    Certifications


  1. Valid HSE certification issued by an approved/accredited safety consultant organization for construction worksites.

  2. Must meet Municipality approval requirements.

  3. NEBOSH IGC Level 3
