Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with local and international HSE regulations, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments at construction sites.
- Lead the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of safety incidents and communications.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and refresher training for workers and staff.
- Promote awareness and understanding of safe work practices and procedures.
- Ensure staff are trained and certified for critical activities such as confined space work, lifting operations, or working at height.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for internal and external stakeholders.
