Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
  • Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard reporting.
  • Support documentation and record-keeping for ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
  • Help organize safety drills, emergency response training, and HSE awareness sessions.
  • Participate in internal audits, compliance reporting, and corrective action tracking.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 2 years (internship or training experience accepted); preference for industrial/manufacturing/factory settings.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    OSHA Certification (Occupational Safety & Health Administration).
    ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor (or willingness to obtain).
    Knowledge of ISO Standards: Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 45001 (OH&S), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data management.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English & Arabic.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow HSE regulations.
