Job Description:
We are seeking a committed HSE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards across our facility management operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify unsafe conditions.
  • Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety measures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor maintenance and operational activities to ensure safety standards.
  • Deliver HSE inductions, training, and safety awareness sessions.
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and incident documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for all HSE-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • 1 2 years of experience in an HSE role (facility management experience is preferred).
  • Good knowledge of risk assessment and workplace safety regulations.
  • OSHA certification or Safety Specialist certificate is required.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
