Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring works, activities, and processes are performed and completed in a safe manner.
- Responsible for managing and monitoring the HSE compliance in all operational and support areas.
- Ensure compliance with the approved Project HSE Plan.
- Monitor Permit to work compliance.
- Ensure work procedures/method statements/risk assessments/lifting plans are approved by Company prior to allowing any activity.
- Compile HSSE observations & follow-up timely closeout.
- Ensure LSR compliance and Monitor the BBS program for the project.
- Undertake vehicle/Equipment inspections for approval and Perform, including OFM assets and contractor s equipment, industrial facilities, and office inspections/audits.
- Monitor the contractor's HSE performance, ensuring compliance with OFM requirements.
- Initiate HSE defaults for violations.
- Follow-up closeout of HSE audit Non-conformance & observations.
- Ensure implementation of HSE policies & procedures supporting and guiding functional leaders.
- Manage HSE incidents, gathering all necessary information for investigation and providing recommendations for improvement /
- Prepare comprehensive HSE performance reports to support management decisions. /
- Participate in project design review, FEED, HAZID, and HAZOP, providing HSE insights and recommendations. /
- Execute HSE Awareness & Campaigns are implemented across the organization.
- Monitor compliance of contractor's IVMS & Safe journey management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Supervise and coordinating HSE day-to-day inspections, monitoring and activities to ensure that activities are completed in a safe manner, in compliance with HSE International/local legal standards and best practices, HSSE s scope through; 1) Assess the implementation of HSE policies, processes, and procedures, in OFM facilities (2) Analysis of the HSE KPIs to provide feedback to the departmental leaders (3) Assists with the application of functional, technical and administrative measures and controls to reduce safety and environmental risks, continuous improvement HSE performance while ensuring compliance with HSE standards to assure zero harm to people, assets and the environment.
