Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and systems across the site.

Conduct routine site inspections and ensure unsafe acts or conditions are reported, addressed and corrected.

Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.

Facilitate safety inductions, toolbox talks, and daily safety briefings.

Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and HSE records.

Promote a safety-first culture through awareness campaigns and employee engagement.

Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation and standards.

Participate in the preparation and delivery of HSE reports and presentations for SANKYU management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science is a mandatory.

2 years of HSE experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong CVs will also be considered.

NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is an advantage.

Understanding of HSE principles, risk management, and Omani regulations.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
