Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with local regulations and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

Ensure all employees follow safe work practices and use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.

Organize and conduct HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.

Monitor environmental impacts such as waste management, emissions, and pollution control.

Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports.

Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, and first aid arrangements.

Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal HSE requirements.

Promote a strong safety culture across the organization.
