Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an HSE Officer in Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably in refineries.
Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
Knowledge of Qatar safety regulations and international standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
GCC experience is preferred.
