Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce HSE policies in compliance with Saudi OHS regulations and international standards (OSHA, ISO 45001).
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Organize and lead HSE training sessions for employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Monitor the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure proper safety protocols.
Maintain HSE documentation, including permits, licenses, and audit reports.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience as an HSE Officer (construction, oil & gas, or industrial sectors preferred).
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications.
Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE laws, OSHA standards, and environmental regulations.
Proficiency in HSE management software (e.g., Intelex, Gensuite, or similar).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct safety audits and deliver effective training programs.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
