HSE Officer National Plastic and Building Material Industries LLC

· Ensure compliance with HSE regulations (e.g., UAE Labour Law, OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

· Conduct regular risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across the facility.

· Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.

· Ensure proper use of PPE and enforce safety protocols among all employees and contractors.

· Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

· Conduct safety inductions and ongoing training sessions for new and existing staff.

· Maintain up-to-date HSE documentation including MSDS, risk assessments, permits, and training records.

· Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of firefighting equipment and first aid facilities.

· Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.

· Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness through campaigns and toolbox talks.

· Manage uniform and PPE inventory, issuance, and stock records.

· Oversee visitor and equipment entry/exit to maintain security and safety protocols.

· Oversee manpower allocation, shift scheduling, and attendance/leave management.

· Supervise forklift operations and operators.

· Lead adhesive department operations—monitor daily production, resolve issues, and ensure targets are met.

· Oversee scrap storage, coordinate timely disposal with accounts to avoid congestion.

Job Location - Will be based in Sharjah initially, and open to relocation to Al Ain city later
