Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist the Contractor HSE Manager / HSE Engineer in their daily operations • Participate in monitoring the HSE activities including auditing, sampling and inspection. • Inspect the construction area daily. • Participate in the investigation of all incidents, accidents and near misses. • Be a constant advisor on the field for any problem related to HSE for all the personnel. • Ensuring that all personnel are advised of any HSE hazards by delivering induction courses and HSE toolbox talks, and that the necessary controls and contingency arrangements associated with the work activities are in place. • Participate to the toolbox meeting held by the foremen and support them during this activity. • Verify on daily basis the correct use of PPE by all the personnel. • Participate in the Safety committee meeting. • Ensure that Fire Fighting and Safety equipment is regularly inspected and serviced. • Participating HSE site visit, observation of non-compliance of HSE in site and ensuring work scope in mentioned in Permit to work and supporting document. • Organize and execute emergency mock drills as per drill Schedule.
