Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment in our refinery and oil & gas operations. The candidate will implement safety programs, monitor compliance, and support operational teams to maintain high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with company and regulatory standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections on equipment, processes, and facilities.
Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct HSE training sessions and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations (OSHA, API, ISO standards).
Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure safe work practices.
Promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Qualification Level:
Graduate in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields
Post Graduate or certified professional (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in Oil & Gas / Refinery operations (ARAMCO, SATORP, YASREF, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields
Post Graduate or certified professional (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) preferred
