Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate HSE activities for Oil & Gas consulting projects. Manage documentation, compliance tracking, client communication, and support technical teams in HSE studies and emergency management tasks. Key Responsibilities Maintain HSE documentation: procedures, reports, checklists, incident logs. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project-specific HSE requirements. Support execution of HSE studies: HAZOP, HIRA, QRA, Fire & Safety assessments. Assist in emergency response planning, mock drills, and safety training coordination. Track statutory and client-mandated HSE compliance. Prepare meeting minutes, status trackers, dashboards, and submission files. Ensure adherence to consultancy standards and project deliverable timelines. .

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Oil & Gas consultancy or engineering services.

  • Strong understanding of basic HSE practices, risk assessment, and safety documentation.

  • Graduate in Engineering or Science; HSE certifications preferred.

  • Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks under defined timelines.

  • Candidates from Oil & Gas design consultancies, EPC consultancies, FEED firms, or safety engineering consultancies.
