Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HSE planning, implementation, and monitoring across the full project lifecycle, incorporating digital and AI-driven strategies

Deploy advanced HSE systems using AI/ML, data analytics, and digital platforms (IoT, digital permits, dashboards) for risk prediction and safety performance

Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions using data-driven and digital tools

Deliver HSE training and drive digital upskilling (e-learning, VR, onboarding) across teams and contractors

Collaborate with clients, contractors, regulators, and IT teams to ensure compliance and digital integration

Monitor HSE performance through KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting to support continuous improvement

Lead audits and ensure compliance using digital tools and regulatory standards

Strengthen emergency response through digital systems (alerts, tracking, drones)

Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies (AI, sensors, wearables) and enhancing HSE frameworks

Desired Candidate Profile

Leadership & Teamwork Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams within a digital HSE environment

Technical Communication Ability to translate complex AI/IT concepts into practical and effective HSE solutions

Creativity & Innovation Strong capability to design and implement digital and AI-driven HSE initiatives

Planning & Organization Excellent project planning, process management, and execution skills

Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in HSE, including leadership roles (HSE Lead / Manager)

AI & Digital Projects Hands-on experience in AI-driven HSE initiatives, data analytics, and digital transformation

E-learning & Training Experience in developing and delivering digital training programs, including e-learning and virtual platforms
