Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations, providing actionable feedback to management.
  • Develop and implement tailored safety training programs that engage employees and foster a proactive safety culture within the organization.
  • Investigate accidents and near-misses thoroughly, analyzing root causes and generating detailed reports to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety protocols into daily operations, ensuring a seamless blend of productivity and safety.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation in HSE principles.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards and continuous learning.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial sectors, showcasing a strong understanding of industry-specific safety challenges.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in high-risk environments, indicating familiarity with rigorous safety protocols and emergency procedures.
