Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Apply and maintain HSE policies in line with the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standards). br> Conduct regular site inspections and maintain positive relations with managers, employees, customers, and regulatory agencies.br> Support compliance reviews, risk assessments, and other safety evaluations.br> Implement and update safety procedures including: (Risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis, Incident and near-miss investigation, Site and equipment inspection and monitoring, Emergency preparedness, Work control and permits for operations such as confined spaces).br> Conduct daily yard tours to ensure proper housekeeping, waste segregation, and leak control.br> Promote safe working practices and intervene or report unsafe behaviours.br> Guide and support workers to build a strong safety culture across operations.br> Provide assistance and recommendations to management on all HSE matters.br> Participate in incident investigations and root cause analyses.br> Maintain accurate HSE documentation, logs, and reports.br> Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.br> Support and deliver HSE training and awareness programs.br> Coordinate with government authorities and participate in HSE Committee activities.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in HSE (Within Logistics, Yard Operations is preferable).
• Solid understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA Holds is an Extra).
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Arabic.
• Strong communication, leadership, and observation skills.
• Ability to influence and drive a safety-first culture.
• Familiarity with risk assessments, audits, and emergency response procedures.
