You ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of our yards and equipment movements maintaining zero damage, safe storage, and operational efficiency.

• Apply and maintain HSE policies in line with the integrated management system (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Standards).
• Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures within yard operations to ensure compliance with local, national, and company regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of yard facilities, equipment, and processes.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks in the yard environment.
• Deliver HSE training sessions and toolbox talks to yard personnel to promote a culture of safety awareness.
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents, preparing detailed reports and recommending preventive measures.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of safety equipment and protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily activities.
• Stay updated on HSE legislation and industry trends to ensure continuous improvement in yard safety standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within yard, logistics, or industrial operations.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSHA Holds is an Extra).
• Solid understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
• Excellent communication skills for delivering training and reporting incidents.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor operational environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
