Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines across head office and operational sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Support the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses, including root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices across all locations.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, incident logs, and inspection documentation.
- Support emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response procedures.
- Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
- HSE-related certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA) are strongly preferred.
- Previous Experience:
- 1-5 years of experience in an HSE, safety, or operations support role, preferably within real estate, construction, facilities management, or operational environments.

- Summary
- The HSE Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices across the organization s operations and sites. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while promoting a strong safety culture and minimizing operational, environmental, and occupational risks.
