PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The HSE Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining HSE protocols and procedures across the automotive workshops, warehouse, agricultural sites, and related facilities. The role ensures compliance with safety regulations and promotes a safe and healthy working environment by conducting regular site inspections, reporting hazards, and supporting incident investigations.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Daily Site Inspections: Conduct daily inspections of workshops, warehouses, and agricultural sites to identify hazards and verify compliance with safety standards.

• Incident Investigation Support: Assist in investigating safety incidents and accidents, document findings, and support the implementation of corrective actions

• Emergency Drills & Training Assistance: Support the planning and execution of emergency drills and safety training sessions for staff.

• PPE Compliance & Safe Work Guidance: Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and provide guidance on safe work practices.

• HSE Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including accident reports, inspection logs, and training records

• Safety Measure Monitoring & Improvement: Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of implemented safety measures and recommend improvements where needed.

• Stakeholder Communication & Compliance Liaison: Liaise with site managers and staff to communicate HSE requirements and ensure alignment with internal and external regulations.
