Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with Haier standards and local regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for production lines, machinery, and activities.
- Ensure machine safety, guarding, and LOTO compliance.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Support environmental audits and inspections.
- Conduct regular internal HSE inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Ensure contractors comply with Haier HSE requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in engineering or science.
- 3 to 5 years of experience is required, with mandatory experience in factories.
- Professional Certificate: OSHA and IOSH certifications are mandatory, and NEBOSH is preferred, Certified Occupational Safety and Health Specialist, First Aid and Firefighting certifications.
