Security management:

Identify, assess and prevent occupational risks.

Ensure the implementation of prevention and emergency plans.

Monitor the application of safety instructions and report any non-compliance.

Ensure the management of PPE (personal protective equipment).

Hygiene and health:

Supervise the application of hygiene standards in premises, workshops, kitchens and common areas.

Monitor indicators related to employee health and safety.

Participate in investigations in the event of a work accident or incident.

Environment:

Implement actions to reduce environmental impact (waste, water, energy)

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

Propose improvement projects related to sustainable development

Training and awareness:

Train and raise awareness among employees regarding good HSE practices.

Organize evacuation drills, fire simulations and emergency exercises.

Develop a safety culture within the institution.

Monitoring and reporting:

Develop and update HSE procedures.

Conduct regular internal inspections and audits.

Prepare periodic reports and submit them to management.
