Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain safety protocols across warehouses and showrooms.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national safety regulations, company policies, and ISO standards.
  • Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate safety records, including incident reports, inspection logs, and training documentation.
  • Train employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and proper use of PPE.
  • Monitor and maintain safety equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, first aid kits, etc.).
  • Lead periodic safety drills and ensure emergency preparedness.
  • Report hazards or violations to HSE Manager and collaborate with other departments on safety solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in engineering or science (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 5 years in HSE, preferably in warehouses, logistics, or supply chain environments.

Certifications: NEBOSH IGC required; IOSH is a plus; Lead Auditor ISO 45001/2018 & ISO 14001/2015 mandatory.

Strong knowledge of ISO and international standards related to occupational health, safety, and environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to relocate across different work locations when needed.

Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in English and MS Office.

Residence in Assiut city is required.
