Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement project HSE plan for live refinery brownfield execution
Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance and coordination
SIMOPS coordination with refinery operations
Conduct daily toolbox talks and risk assessments (JSA)
H2S hazard management and gas testing protocols
Monitor high-risk activities: lifting, confined space, hot work, line breaking
Conduct incident investigations and emergency response preparedness
Lifting activity safety oversight (150T crane operations)
Shutdown-specific safety controls for extended shifts
Desired Candidate Profile
NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
H2S certification (supervisor level)
First Aid certification
7+ years HSE experience in KSA oil & gas with 5+ years in refineries
Direct experience with SABIC/Aramco PTW systems and SIMOPS
Live refinery brownfield safety management
Transferable Iqama
Preferred:
SASREF-specific HSE experience
IOSH or equivalent
Incident investigation certification
