Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily HSE activities and ensure safe work practices on site.

  • Monitor compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for all work activities.

  • Conduct site inspections, safety observations, and audits.

  • Identify hazards and support risk assessments (RA) and JSA implementation.

  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment by all personnel.

  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

  • Report and assist in investigation of incidents, near-misses, and unsafe acts.

  • Coordinate with supervisors and workers to correct unsafe conditions.

  • Maintain HSE records, reports, and daily logs.

  • Support emergency response drills and safety campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HSE / Engineering / Science.

  • NEBOSH / IOSH certification (mandatory/preferred).

  • Minimum 5–10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.

  • Experience in ADNOC / KNPC projects preferred.

  • Good knowledge of HSE standards, PTW systems, and site safety practices.

  • Strong communication and supervision skills.
