We are looking for a proactive HSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on piling and construction sites. The role involves daily monitoring of site operations, enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring all personnel adhere to company and statutory HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies, standards, and local regulations.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, hazard assessments, and toolbox talks.
• Identify unsafe practices, unsafe conditions, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE, safety equipment, and compliance with site safety rules.
• Maintain records of incidents, near misses, and accidents, and prepare investigation reports.
• Support site teams in preparing and implementing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).
• Verify lifting operations, piling activities, welding, and rigging tasks for compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with emergency response teams and ensure drills are conducted regularly.
• Promote safety awareness and train crew members on HSE procedures.
• Report directly to the HSE Manager and provide daily/weekly safety performance updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent safety certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE supervisory experience in piling, construction, or heavy civil projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, risk management, and environmental compliance.
• Good leadership and communication skills to enforce safety standards across multi-disciplinary crews.
• Ability to identify hazards quickly and implement practical solutions.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
