Roles & Responsibility

• Participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety committees.

• Provide HSE support and advice to project teams and management.

• Maintain accurate HSE records, including incident reports, inspection records, and training logs.

• Prepare and submit HSE documentation as required by clients and regulatory authorities.

• Ensure that all HSE documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.

• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.

• Investigate and report on all incidents, accidents, and near-misses.

• Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to prevent recurrence.

• Maintain incident records and prepare HSE reports for management and regulatory authorities.

• Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.

• Ensure that all personnel are aware of their HSE responsibilities and are trained in safe work practices.

• Promote a strong safety culture through continuous education and awareness programs.

• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures in Job safety analysis.

• Coordinate and conduct emergency drills and exercises to ensure readiness.

• Provide leadership and support during emergency situations.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

• Monitor site activities and provide guidance on safe work practices.

• Identify potential hazards and recommend measures to mitigate risks.

• Implement and monitor environmental management plans and programs.

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

• Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
