Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 7 years of experience in HSE roles within oil & gas or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Aramco safety standards, SAEP, GI, HES documents, and relevant procedures.
  • Certification in NEBOSH IGC, OSHA, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory if Aramco-approved).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ready for immediate local transfer (Iqama must be transferable).
  • Willing to work in Qassim and Shedgum project locations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, procedures, and project specifications.
  • Lead and supervise all site-level HSE activities and ensure implementation of HSE plans.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
  • Monitor site operations to ensure safe work practices and adherence to method statements and JSA.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety orientations, and training programs for workers and staff.
  • Participate in incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project management, client representatives, and subcontractors regarding HSE matters.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, reports, and records as required by Aramco HSE guidelines.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities and teams.
  • Ensure emergency response procedures and drills are effectively implemented.
