Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement site-specific safety programs tailored to the unique risks of each project.
  • Lead safety training sessions for employees, ensuring they understand protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and analyze incident reports to identify trends and develop strategies for accident prevention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory; additional certifications in safety management are a plus.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs in a high-risk environment.
