Job Description
- E-House Civil Works Supervision
Describe your experience supervising E-House civil works, including foundations, structural works, and coordination with electrical installation teams. - MV Switchgear Safety
List three critical safety checks required before starting work on Medium Voltage (MV) switchgear (e.g. LOTO, isolation procedures, energization checks). - Critical Lifting Operations
Detail your experience with critical lifts, including preparation of lifting plans, risk assessments (RAMS), and required permits & documentation. - Heavy Transport Operations (SPMT / Skidding)
Provide your experience supervising SPMT operations and/or skidding activities, including load-out, positioning, and safety control measures. - PTW Management (Multi-Contractor Environment)
Explain your experience managing Permit to Work (PTW) systems in complex, multi-contractor environments, ensuring compliance, coordination, and HSE standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5 8 years of HSE experience (mid-level profile) within industrial or construction environments
- Strong background in civil construction, including foundations and structural works
- Proven experience in electrical safety, particularly with MV/HV switchgear installations
- Familiarity with ADNOC Life Saving Rules and Middle East HSE standards
- Solid knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW) systems, ATEX standards, and heavy lifting / critical lifting safety
- NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent HSE certification) mandatory / highly preferred
