Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain the Company's HSEQ Policies and procedures to comply with legal and Jotun HSEQ Management System.
Follow up and maintain necessary documentation.
Assist the implementation of the HSEQ management system by working closely with the Element Owners.
Contribute and coordinate HSEQ projects within specific specialist areas to achieve demonstrable results
Maintain and improve the HSEQ, ISO system documents, ensuring audits and actions are carried out as required to maintain the company's accreditation to the standards
Deliver HSEQ training to develop employee awareness.
Desired Candidate Profile
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in an HSEQ or quality management role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of ISO and ISO 45001 standards, with hands-on experience in audits, documentation, and corrective action follow-up
- Familiar with local occupational health and safety regulations and able to ensure ongoing legal compliance
- Comfortable delivering safety training and driving HSEQ awareness across all levels of the organization
- Fluent in Arabic; French & English
