HSSE - Plane Fueling ULTIMATE HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS LLC

Support safe, compliant, and efficient in-plane fueling operations by leading day-to-day HSSE implementation. Ensure alignment with JIG 1 standards and the JIG HSSE Management System (HSSEMS), UAE regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and standards across in-plane fueling operations

Ensure compliance with #JIG 1, HSSEMS, UAE regulatory requirements, and internal company policies

Conduct routine inspections, audits, and safety observations on airside operations

Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement effective control measures

Lead incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis; track corrective actions to closure

Deliver HSSE training, toolbox talks, and coaching to ramp and fueling personnel

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field

3–5 years of HSSE experience in aviation fueling, logistics, oil & gas, or industrial environments

Working knowledge of JIG 1 (Issue 13) and #JIG HSSE Management System (Issue 3)

Awareness of EI/JIG 1530 and IATA fueling procedures

Familiarity with UAE GCAA ground operations guidance (e.g., CAAP 46), including fueling with passengers onboard
