:Key Responsibilities

Support implementation of HSSE policies, procedures, and management systems

Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

Monitor compliance with HSSE regulations and internal standards

Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts, and support root cause analysis

Support development and execution of corrective and preventive actions

Coordinate emergency preparedness and response drills

Support contractor and supplier HSSE compliance

Deliver HSSE awareness sessions and training programs

Support environmental compliance initiatives and waste management programs

Monitor PPE compliance and site safety controls

Prepare HSSE reports, dashboards, and KPIs

Support regulatory inspections and government audits

Promote a proactive safety culture and behavioral safety programs

Support implementation of Management of Change (MOC) processes
