Job Summary:
The HC Associate is responsible for supporting key Human Capital operations within the Hub, including Payroll, Offboarding, and HC data management. This role plays an essential part in ensuring smooth execution of processes, resolving HC-related issues, and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace culture.
The Associate also supports compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and actively contributes to process optimization and transformation initiatives, helping drive continuous improvement across HC services
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks across payroll, offboarding, and HC data change processes
Support the maintenance of key documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and RACI matrices for HC services such as payroll and absence management
Validate data points such as Sapience profiles, bank details, and insurance jurisdiction to ensure accuracy and compliance
Execute the offboarding process, ensuring all required procedures are followed and exit documentation is completed
Maintain accurate records, manage contracts, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
Provide operational support for HC services through data management, reporting, and participation in HC-related projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of people operations and proactively address issues or concerns.
Contribute to other HC-related practices and initiatives as needed.
Partner with Finance, Rewards, and HC Operations teams to resolve escalations and align on service delivery standards
Expected Skills:
Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment, in a virtual working model
Maintaining knowledge of current and emerging technology trends and experience innovating with new HC tools.
Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate leadership within cross-functional teams.
Experience in Managed Services or similar fast-paced, client-facing environments is a plus.

Minimum Education and Specific Qualification:
Bachelor s degree in HR, Administration, Finance or any related field
