Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Act as the primary point of contact for business unit managers, Group Services, and employees, ensuring the prompt resolution of HC-related queries and maximizing overall satisfaction, aiming to provide efficient support and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage HC communications, including announcements and updates, ensuring clear, transparent, and effective messaging to all employees, fostering clarity and alignment across the organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement HC policies, ensuring they are communicated clearly and understood by employees, ensuring compliance and organizational alignment.
  • Support hiring managers in the recruitment process from requisition initiation in the ERP system to final candidate selection, in accordance with the recruitment plan, ensuring efficient talent acquisition and alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate closely with Group Services on recruitment activities, ensuring alignment of strategies and timely execution of recruitment efforts, optimizing collaboration and recruitment outcomes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date recruitment tracker, managing the status of open positions and providing regular updates to leadership, ensuring transparency and visibility of recruitment progress.
  • Oversee the probation completion process, ensuring updates are made in HC systems and benefits are activated for eligible employees and their dependents, ensuring smooth transitions and benefits compliance.
  • Ensure all HC actions are well-documented and adhere to company standards, resolving issues efficiently and within defined timelines, maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations by ensuring HC services are delivered on time and align with business needs, ensuring HC initiatives meet organizational goals and expectations.

HC Operations:

  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with IT, Group Services, and relevant teams to ensure proper system access, equipment, and documentation are in place before the employee’s start date.
  • Maintain onboarding survey results and meticulously compile relevant information to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing the onboarding experience.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring all company assets are returned, systems access is terminated.
  • Maintain tracker and identify exit trends through exit interview data and analysis for section head to make informed decisions Support the review of End of Service (EOS) benefits, ensuring timely sign-offs and compliance with payroll processes.
  • Facilitate assignment changes with Group Services (GS) and/or Internal departments, for all employees, by coordinating necessary documentations in connection with service requests i.e. change of employee status (Line Manager changes, designation and salary changes, transfers, additional documents for self and dependents, etc) while complying with Company policy. • Initiate joiner communication by sending a joining email to inform Admin and IT departments to arrange systems access, equipment, and other onboarding requirements.
  • Activate employee and dependent (s) benefits in HRMS as per eligibility ensuring compliance to policy.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to process Outlook and Active Directory access requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable compliance requirements throughout the approval workflow.
  • Generate attendance reports and Adhoc leave reports for reconciliation purposes to ensure all leaves and attendance are processed accurately through the system
  • Provide clarification to Line Managers on the probation completion process and update HC system with probation status to activate eligible benefits for employee and dependents.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize HC processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Any Relevant certification in Human Resources such as CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) - Level 3 or 5; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) – Preferred
  • A strong understanding of UAE employment laws and regulations.
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management with substantial experience in HC roles is essential, such as recruitment, employee relations and HC operations
  • Proficiency in MS office suite, HC systems (HRIS/ Oracle); recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Oracle Taleo.
  • Skilled in preparing reports / dashboards
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective Team management skills - Ability to work independently, as well as part of a business and HC Team.
