Roles & Responsibilities


Responsibilities:
I. Strategic aspects:
• develop and implement the human resources strategy: develop a strategic vision taking into account the specific needs of the hospital in terms of recruitment, integration, remuneration, training, performance evaluation, career management and administrative management of personnel;
• Ensure the provisional and operational management of medical and non-medical staff: recruitment; continuing training; administrative management of careers and working time;
• Ensure that HR policies and practices are aligned with the hospital's objectives and values;
• Design and implement an HR policy that helps attract, retain and develop talent to support the hospital's missions and support the professional development of teams;
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in labor law and human resources management;
• Lead social dialogue and ensure the maintenance of a harmonious environment;
• Implement internal communication actions around human resources management;
• Promote a culture of learning and excellence and ensure adherence to the hospital's values;
• Organize, recruit, lead and develop the Human Capital Department teams.
II. Operational Aspects:
• Recruitment and Workforce Management: Oversee the recruitment process from selection to induction, ensuring that the hospital has the necessary qualified staff. Also manage staff movements, including promotions, transfers, and departures.
• Training and Development: Implement training programs for the continuous development of staff, ensuring that the skills needed to provide quality care are constantly reinforced.
• Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and feedback mechanisms to ensure staff effectiveness and encourage continuous improvement.
• Industrial Relations Management: Manage management-employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure that all HR practices comply with current labor laws and regulations in the healthcare sector.
• Benefits Management: Administer benefits, such as health insurance plans, leave and other benefits, to ensure an attractive work environment. Profile Required
profile : Higher education from a business school or engineering school, with at least ten years of professional experience, including at least five as a Human Capital Director, ideally in the hospital sector (or a related sector). The incumbent must have the sense of responsibility and the managerial skills necessary to build a Human Capital Department of this size from scratch. At the same time, he or she must demonstrate human and professional qualities such as: • Leadership to unite around the hospital's strategy;





• Good interpersonal skills to lead teams, dialogue and negotiate with different stakeholders;
• Ability to analyze, organize and synthesize to develop a strategic and global vision;
• Adaptability and flexibility to anticipate future developments and changes.
