Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Administrative Officer will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the company. This role handles essential HR tasks including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, policy documentation, payroll support, and general administrative duties, and helps establish basic HR systems and procedures for the growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Assist in developing basic HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Handle daily HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, leave requests, and forms.
- Provide employees with HR-related support and respond to inquiries.
- Assist with payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Help coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.
- Visa & Government Services
- Assist in processing work visas and business visas.
- Prepare meeting agendas and meeting rooms when required.
Qualifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
Saudi national.
