Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Management Activities:
1. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this Management.
2. Also, directly supervises departmental employees.
3. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
4. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
5. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human
capital.
7. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
10. Report to CEO and provide decision support through HR metrics.
11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
12. Creating and develop policies and procedures and regulations to organize work within the Organization.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
1. Foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
2. Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Recruitment & Head Hunting:
1. Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of
selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
1. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
2. Collaborate with managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and research, to identify potential candidates.
4. Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates across different industries and functional areas.
5. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent pools to inform recruitment strategies.
6. Provide market insights and intelligence to mangers to help them make informed decisions about talent acquisition.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
8. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
9. Address candidates' inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
10. Collect feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Compensation and Benefits:
1. Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity.
2. Prepare occupational classifications, and salary scale plus grading structure.
3. Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases and salary structure.
Organization Development (OD):
1. Conduct assessments and analyze organizational structures, processes, and culture to identify areas for improvement.
2. Gather and analyze data from employee surveys, focus groups, and other sources to diagnose organizational issues and
trends.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and outcomes for organizational development initiatives.
4. Designing the organizational structure and administrative hierarchy of the institution in accordance with the administrative
principles.
5. Management of development and changing in the institution.
6. Identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to support leadership development and talent pipeline.
7. Design and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and events to promote collaboration and cohesion.
8. Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels and recommend interventions to address areas of concern.
9. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure organizational and individual performance.
10. Establishes benchmarks and targets for performance improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Automotive & spare parts industry.
- Competency in all general HR practice areas especially in OD.
- Deep understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.
- The ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in English & Arabic languages is mandatory.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
