Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Oversee onboarding procedures, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a welcoming experience for new employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, addressing employee inquiries and resolving any benefit-related issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Holds relevant HR certifications like SHRM-CP or PHR is a plus.
Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Training
