Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive human resource officer with 2–5 years of experience to support the day-to-day HR operations.

· Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with new hires.

· Maintain accurate employee records.

· Prepare HR-related documents

· Assist with attendance and leave management administration.

· Handle Medical Insurance & Life Insurance

· Respond to employee inquiries.

· Assist in Emiratization programs.

· HRMS

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirement:

· UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book

· 2–5 years of experience as an HR in the UAE

· Proficient in using MS Office and Outlook
