Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administrative management of personnel (files, contracts, leave)
- Monitoring of attendance, absences and leave
- Participation in recruitment (job postings, pre-selection, interviews)
- Monitoring of training and payroll (variable elements)
- Daily administrative management (filing, archiving and document management)
- Tracking invoices, payments and expenses
- Preparation and transmission of accounting documents
- Bank reconciliation and tracking of simple accounting transactions
- Monitoring of customer receivables and collection actions
- Follow-up calls and emails to clients
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training or experience in HR / Administration / Accounting
- Good organization, thoroughness, and a sense of confidentiality
- Debt collection skills are valued.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, ERP)
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
