Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administrative management of personnel (files, contracts, leave)
  • Monitoring of attendance, absences and leave
  • Participation in recruitment (job postings, pre-selection, interviews)
  • Monitoring of training and payroll (variable elements)
  • Daily administrative management (filing, archiving and document management)
  • Tracking invoices, payments and expenses
  • Preparation and transmission of accounting documents
  • Bank reconciliation and tracking of simple accounting transactions
  • Monitoring of customer receivables and collection actions
  • Follow-up calls and emails to clients

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Training or experience in HR / Administration / Accounting
  • Good organization, thoroughness, and a sense of confidentiality
  • Debt collection skills are valued.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, ERP)
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
