Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Human Resources Agent
- Ensure administrative management of personnel: contracts, personnel files, absences, leave, certificates, etc.
- Participate in the recruitment process: dissemination of offers, sorting of applications, organization of interviews.
- Contribute to payroll management: collection and verification of variable elements, monitoring of timesheets and hours.
- Participate in staff training: monitoring of the training plan, registrations and assessments.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR procedures.
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of payroll and personnel management software (preferred).
- Sense of discretion, rigor and organization.
