Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Human Resource Assistant supports HR operations for Patriot Limousine, ensuring smooth administration of recruitment, employee records, compliance, and daily HR processes. The role focuses on assisting the HR team to maintain a motivated workforce and uphold the company s premium service standards in the luxury transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of chauffeurs and support staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries and assist with grievance handling under HR guidance.
- Support exit processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in transportation or service industries.
- Basic knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR policies.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
