Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure all HR aspects of the project: recruitment, HR administration, training, mobility, career management according to the policy and requirements of the management.
- Produce the various reports as needed and at the request of the management (Payroll, headcount, absenteeism, HR indicators, etc.)
- Ensure constant legal monitoring (labor law, expatriate status, etc.)
- Ensure the maintenance of a good social climate, by alerting the management and the project manager in the event of a conflict.
- BAC+3 specialized in HR/ economics/psychology.
- Mastery of French, English and OFFICE software.
- Very great capacity for adaptation and coordination.
